Do I stand a chance?

It was so foggy yesterday and I had no idea where I was. That's why I did this Google Earth recustruction ;)
Wow this was hard. In the spinning class today we made a intervall training. The idea was to fully go into the red zone. I did it fullpower. But the hardest was the start: I still felt the 86km in my legs..
Yesterday was my birthday party but this was no excuse to ride hard today. I made a mid-distance training around the Zurich lake.
The idea was to ride a "Veloland Schweiz Tour" form Forch to Rapperswil. But I'missed the way right after Forch and I rode the hole way on asphalt. Not very nice with a MTB but good for my legs anyway ;) I arrived in the dark in Rapperswil and decided to ride the way back to Zurich.
The last 10 km where quite hard. My saddle tried to kill me. And the rain didn't made it more comfortable - but I made it :) :) 86km
My Garmin had no battery that's why I used runkeeper to track my training.

Today I made my very first training on "real terrain". After hours of cardio cycling it was great to feel the ground :)
Without any preparation at all my sparring partner and I climbed up to the Uetliberg, the hill close to Zurich.
The trail was not very MTB friendly. Next time we may better check the map first ;) But I know now how to carry my super light carbon bike.
From the top of Zurich we rode down to Adliswil - a very nice ride. The scenery with the sunset was just amazing.
And here is the training report.
I got a parcel from Mad Dogg Athletics (spinning.com) today with two different DVDs for home-training. First impression: Not as great as I thought... very nineties style.
The Cardio Cycling Class yesterday was all about "same speed, <160 BPM". To do a training like this the Electro Shock Youtube Playlist is quite nice. I'm looking forward to visit the ASVZ class tonight :)
Today's Live Cardio Cycling Class is a nice standard training with little hills. You'll find the Youtube playlist here.
Hell, this was a hard training today.. After 30 minutes a had such a bonk! That's why I tryied to finish the session in the "relax zone" (< 160). And I do have to update this playlist. 8 minutes Bruce Springsteen is waaaaay to long...
